JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, JOSE DANILO C. SALUDARES and ELVIRA P. SALUDARES, both of

legal age, Filipino, married to each other and residents of Cadagmayan Norte, Sta.
Barbara, Iloilo, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the parents of KYLE P. SALUDARES, a grade 12 student of

Sta. Barabara National Comprehensive High School, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo and
applying for Department of Science and Technology (DOST) scholarship offered by
the government;

2. That one of the requirements for the said scholarship is the submission of
our 2020 Income Tax Returns (ITR) or Certificate of Exemption for Filing of ITR duly
issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

3. That I, Jose Danilo C. Saludares is a laborer having an income of P200.00

per day or P75,000.00 per year while I, Elvira P. Saludares is a plain house wife;

4. That our annual income does not exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
(P200,000.00) PESOS, hence we are exempt from filing an Income Tax Return;

5. That we have no other source of livelihood nor engage in any income

generating business;

6. That we have two (2) children/dependents including KYLE C. SALUDARES;

7. That we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and circumstances and in support of our son, KYLE C. SALUDARES
application for DOST Scholarship and for whatever legal purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 15 th
