I am the one who caused the annotation of the Notice of Adverse

Claim at the back of TCT No. 095-2016005390.

Considering that I am no longer interested to purchase the said

property and we already mutually agreed for the Cancellation of the
Memorandum of Agreement we executed, I am respectfully requesting that
the annotation I made at the back of the said title be cancelled.
