AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION

I, LUZVIMINDA P. ROSINI, of legal age, Filipino, widowed, and a resident of

7033 Wilson St., Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say that;

1. That I am the spouse and sole heir of RODOLFO A. ROSINI who died without any
last will and testament on July 20, 1995 respectively in Makati City as evidence by his
Death Certificate issued by the City of Makati hereto attached as Annex “A” and
made an integral part of this Affidavit;

2. That at the time of his death, my spouse had no debts, liabilities or obligations to any
persons, agency, or institution;

3. That my aforenamed deceased spouse left a parcel of land covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 67030 located at Brgy. San Dionisio, Parañaque City,
more particularly described as follows:

4. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, I hereby adjudicate unto
myself the above-described property by means of this Affidavit and hereby files the
same with the Registry of Deeds of Parañaque City with the request that the said
 adjudication be made effective without judicial proceeding as prescribed by the
aforementioned provision of the Rules of Court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 14 th day of February 2023 in
the City of Parañaque, Philippines.
