    In this new compressor tie-in DCS upgrade we will add the following features:
    Add new IOs to implement the new signals with required logic and graphic displays.
    Communicate with the existing compressors PLC with implementing the required logic
    and graphic displays.
    Add a new operator workstation at the DCS Control Room.
