Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (the “Authority”) a corporation
fully owned by the Government of Maharashtra has decided to undertake Construction of
Access Controlled Pune Ring Road in Pune District Package PRR E1 From Village Urse
Km 0+650 And Ends At Km 12+500 Near Village Indori (Length – 11.850 Km) In Mawal
Tahsil,in the State of Maharashtra (the “Project”) on Engineering, Procurement and
Construction (EPC) mode.
Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited now invites bids from MSRDC
pre-qualified firms for the following project:

Bid must be submitted online only at http://mahatenders.gov.in on or before March 01,
2024 (up to 15.00 Hrs. IST). Bids received online shall be opened on March 04, 2024 (at 15.00
Hrs. IST). Biding through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security,
receipt of online payment of RFP INR 180.48 million /-(INR One Hundred Eighty Million and
Four Hundred Eight thousand Only) (non-refundable) and original copy of Power of Attorney,
Bidding Agreement, etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before March 04,
