Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the issues involved in the
instant petition and WRIT - B No. - 1068 of 2023 are same. As such, the
Court proceeds to hear both the writ petitions together.

Let an affidavit be filed by State-respondents duly bringing on record the

photocopies of relevant pages of registers which have been produced
before this Court today to substantiate that the entries made in the
registers are forged entries as also that the application was not preferred
by the petitioners for the purpose of seeking certified copies of the order(s)
dated 19.09.1986 and 17.07.1988 and these orders are also fabricated
documents within two days from today.

List/put up this case on 16.01.2024 immediately after completion of

fresh cases.

On the next date of listing, learned Standing Counsel for the State-
respondents shall again produce the original records.
