Subject- Sai Subham Mohapatra will remain absent for a few days.

Dear ma’am,
With due regard, I want to inform you that I am the mother of Sai
Subham Mohapatra, student of Class III-D, of your school. I sadly
bring to your notice that I will have to undergo surgery due to
multiple fractures in my ankle bone. Due to this unfortunate
situation, we are traveling to Bhubaneswar to get it done. He will join
the offline classes after returning. However, the period is uncertain as
it would depend on the doctor’s advice.
All the work sent over the phone will be completed. I assure you that
his copies and books will remain updated.
I would be utterly grateful if you could grant him leave for a few days.
