at 2/F Queensway Building, 118 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, do hereby
name, constitute, and appoint the F.R.J. NAVARRO LAW OFFICE, with office address
at Unit 2016, 20th Floor, Entrata Urban Complex, Corporate Ave. cor. Civic Drive,
Filinvest City, Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa City including any of its lawyers and/or any of
the following liaison officers namely: Ave D. Nabat, Luisito P. Ang or Von Galicia, for me
and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to

of 1,049 sq.m located at Multinational Access
Road, Brgy. Sto Niño, City of Parañaque,

2. To sign any request and application form for the above as well as acknowledge
the receipt of the requested document;

3. To do or perform such other action necessary to cause the accomplishment of

any of the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said representative full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
