This offer is charged on time and material and is only dedicated to Online Edition.
The consulting service has a guarantee of means and not a guarantee of results. There is no guarantee on timeframe
and go-live date, nor that the project will be completed within the number of estimated hours originally purchased.
The subscription fee will be charged from the start date of the contract, independently from any go-live date.
Any Country specific Tax, Surcharge or any other deduction in the name of Withholding Tax has to be borne by Client

Customization services:
If any customization is needed, Odoo Studio App or odoo.sh will be required as well as the subscription to the
maintenance services to upgrade and support extra lines of codes. All time spent to perform these customizations by
our Business Analysts will be deducted from the customer Success Pack.
