1. That my clients had been

working with
addressee no.4 as Guards for several years and
they were Working through various Contractors
and lastly w.e.f. February, 2019 they had worked
through addressee no.5.

2. That the services of my clients had beeen

terminated on 1.8.2020. During service, their
Provident Fund used to be deducted from their
salary and was to be deposited with Provident
Fund Authorities by addressee no.4 and 5.

3. That my clients went to PF office

several times for getting their hard earned
amount of PF back, but nothing had been done
till date.

4. That a week ago, my clients were told

that total contribution had not been deposited
by addressee no.4 and 5 and that is the reason
my clients are not being paid their Provident
Fund amount.

5. That it is the duty of the officials of

the Provident Fund department to get the
