ages, Filipino citizens, with postal address at Brgy. Doña Aurora, Calauag, Quezon; AMELIA
M. NATAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal address at Brgy. Dominlog, Calauag,
Quezon and NORMELITA A. EBUENGA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal address at
567 I. Reyes St. Brgy. 118, Pasay City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint JASTINE A.
OLIVEROS, of legal age, with office address at Brgy. Canda Ibaba, Lopez, Quezon, to be my
true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact to be in my name, place and stead, to do all the following
acts, to wit:

1. To transact, negotiate, process all the necessary documents to all government

agencies particularly Bureau of Internal Revenue, The Registry of Deeds, Office of
the Municipal Assessor, The Municipal Treasury, Department of Agrarian Reform,
and other agency with regards to the transfer of properties;
2. To sign, execute and or submit all documents that maybe necessary to be signed
and submitted in connection with the above authority;
3. TO SIGN, EXECUTE, TRANSACT any and all necessary documents to the above
given authority and do and perform all acts relative thereto,
