C. BASIC LIFTING
1. Flyer mounter, top climber, or floater – refers to the
person who gets lifted or thrown in the air. A flyer requires
several skills and abilities like not being afraid of heights and
has a good sense timing.

2. Bases – serves as the foundation of the stunt, and


members tend to be taller and stronger. Without the bases,
the flyer would not be able to go up as it is the bases’ job to
lift or throw the flyer. Bases will need strength to use both
their legs and arm; and timing is important being sync with
each other.

3. Spotter – the spotter should always be in contact with the


performing surface and should be alert, fast-thinking,
aggressive to effectively and safely catch the flyer. Spotters
must have perfect timing and must know how to save a stunt
and not be afraid to do so.
