In the ref l't to 3'd cited, the Govt., have issued certain instructions
from time to time to the AP Secretariat employees and the Service associations
to the extent that activities like Dharnas and Processions are not permitted in
the premises of Secretariat.
2. Whereas it is brought to the notice of the Government, vide ref 4th cited, that
certain employees of AP Secretariat are frequently mass gathering to conduct
rallies in the Secretariat premises and some of the employees have tried to
obstruct the convoy of C.S to Govt., and further have abused the security
staff also, when they have tried to control the situation, which is unwarranted
on part of employees and there by disturbed the peace and tranquility of office
atmosphere.
3. Hence, all the employees of AP Secretariat are informed that activities like
Dharnas and Processions are not permitted in the Secretariat premises. They
are requested to cooperate in maintaining decorum / discipllne in the
Secretariat premises as per Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules,
t964.
4. Violation of the above instructions will be viewed seriously and action will be
initiated as per Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991.
