REFLECTION PAPER

Embarking on the journey to entrepreneurial development requires

more than just “personal discovery” and the desire to put up a successful
business. We also have to assess our personal entrepreneurial
competencies. This module focuses on that in order for us to check out
and learn how to enhance and improve these. The ten personal
entrepreneurial competencies are also discussed in the module and by
looking into it, I can say that these are vital skills and characteristics that
entrepreneurs need to possess. By living up with these, individuals who
aspire to become entrepreneurs are enabled to effectively handle the
challenges of managing their own business. The module also emphasized
about the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial mind attributes as
it serve as a foundation of an individual’s ability to identify opportunities,
take risks, and manage challenges that they might face in business.
Overall, this module shows us that being an entrepreneur involves more
than simply founding and running a business; it also entails embarking on a
journey that changes our perspective and sharpens our abilities via
self-evaluation.
