A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. AJ OYANGOREN AS THE SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN SECRETARY OF CANBANTUG, ARGAO, CEBU

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of
2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all SK members,
appoint from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a secretary;

WHEREAS, MS. AJ OYANGOREN possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary as provided under Section 1 of R.A. 10742.
WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Ralph Justine Mamac presented to the council her appointed
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary MS. AJ OYANGOREN ;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Canbantug after a thorough deliberation approved
and concurred the appointment of MS. AJ OYANGOREN;

 NOW THEREFORE, on motion by SK Member Albiso and duly seconded by SK Member Famat;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to confirm the appointment of MS. AJ OYANGOREN as the
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Canbantug, Argao, Cebu until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution shall be given to MS. AJ OYANGOREN for their
file copy, copy furnish to the Municipal Local Government Operations Office and to the Local Youth
Development Office of Argao for their information and record.

Adopted this 20th day of January, 2024 via unanimous decision of those who wer present.
