In Words: One Lakh FiftyThousand Taka only excluding VAT . In case of any difference of total
amount in figures and words-the amount in words shall be considered. The rates quoted above will
be valid for a period of 3 month from the date of opening of the financial proposal.

Payment:

▪ 70% of the total order value will be paid along with the service agreement/work order
▪ 30% of the total order value will be paid during submitting the report and drawing.
▪ Mode of payment will be Account payee Check/ Cash in favor of ENRG TECH

A. Scope of Services:

Initial Assessment

• On-site visit to assess the facility's energy consumption patterns, available roof space, and
electrical infrastructure.
• Collection of relevant data, including electricity bills, load profiles, and grid connection details.
• Solar Resource Analysis.
• Utilization of solar mapping tools to determine solar irradiance and shading analysis for
optimal panel placement.
Financial Analysis.
• Calculation of potential energy generation based on solar resource and site-specific factors.
• Estimation of energy cost savings over time, considering current electricity rates and
projected future rates.
Net Metering Potential
• Evaluation of the feasibility of connecting the solar system to the grid for net metering
benefits. Assessment of regulatory and utility requirements for net metering eligibility.
Return on Investment (ROI)
• Calculation of the expected return on investment and payback period for the proposed solar
system Recommendations
• Detailed report outlining findings, including a summary of the financial feasibility, net
metering potential, and ROI.
• Recommendations for system size, solar panel specifications, and potential implementation
strategies

B. Purchaser Assistance:
The successful completion of this project relies on a collaborative effort between the service provider
and the purchaser. The purchaser's active participation and assistance are crucial to achieving
maximum accuracy throughout the project. We encourage all involved personnel to view the service
provider as a temporary colleague, tasked with streamlining complex processes for optimal results. By
working together seamlessly, we can ensure a successful project outcome.

C. Quality Control:

With a wealth of experience in Energy Efficient system design, Auditing, and a comprehensive
understanding of technical solutions in both electrical and mechanical systems, the service provider
brings a substantial background to the table. Our team is adept at ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements while offering tailored solutions. As such, the service provider is committed
to delivering the highest quality of service to the purchaser, leveraging our expertise for optimal
results.
D. Job/Work order Modification:
The service provider's focus will be exclusively on the tasks outlined in the provided price offer. In the
event that any additional modifications or changes arise, the service provider maintains the right to
adhere to the originally agreed-upon scope of work. If the service purchaser wishes to modify the

work order, any corresponding adjustments to the price schedule will be made following mutual
discussions.
E. Agreement:

The service provider's acceptance and official confirmation of the purchaser's order constitute a
comprehensive agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of sale detailed herein. This
agreement supersedes all prior quotations, orders, or agreements.

F. General:

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of sale stated herein
and the terms and conditions contained in the Purchaser's order or any other form issued by the
Service Purchaser, regardless of acknowledgment or acceptance by the Service Provider, both parties
shall engage in a collaborative discussion to clarify the issue(s). Should further instruction on this offer
