ECE is constituted with the members listed in the table for the academic year 2018-19. Hence all

In the Department of ECE Department Advisory Committee (DAC) is formed with the
intention to get the valuable advices/suggestions from stake holders and improve quality of
curricular and co-curricular activities. The members have attended the meeting on 16-06-2018 at
4.00PM in the ECE Computer Lab.
Agenda:
1. Discussion on Industrial Training - MoUs

2. Discussion on proposals of PAC Seminar hall
3. Review on dissemination of Vision and Mission statements
4. Review on Rubrics for theory and practical courses
5. Further Steps towards OBE.
6. Discussion on feedback and Faculty appraisal reports.
Minutes of the meeting

 Meeting started with a welcome address by Smt Ch.Saraswathi.
 The chairperson placed the agenda before the committee.
 Dissemination of Vision and Mission statements was ensured
 Rubrics and evaluation schemes for theory and practical courses were discussed
 Technical advisors suggested to conduct personality development programs.
 Chairperson presented the results of I year, IV Sem and VI sem before the committee.
 Academisions commented on the result that it is satisfactory and discussed the
improvement strategies in the upcoming semesters.

4.00PM in the ECE Computer Lab.

1. Discussion on ECE Computer lab development .
2. Review on Mentee-Mentor system and implementation
3. Review on bridging curricular gaps
4. Review on books procurement for Department library

 Meeting started with a welcome address by Smt Ch.Saraswathi.
 Smt Ch.Saraswathi placed the identified curricular Gaps before the committee for
suggestions to bridge them
 Members suggested seminars on relevant topics.
 Members reviewed the Rubrics developed for theory and practical courses
 Technical advisors suggested to conduct programs to face interviews without fear.
 Chairperson presented the result of odd semester before the committee.
 Review on conduct of remedial classes for weak students.
 Resolved to place Proposal to equip ECE computer lab.
