ANALYZE

Answer the following questions

1. What factors do students think are hindering their learning?

As per to my observations, the factors that students think are hindering their learning are the
following; first, financial problem, although it is not very necessary since it is a public school but
there are also some important school materials that the pupils needs to buy. Second, the
environment, pupils easily got distracted when the environment of the school is noisy and lastly,
the approach of the teacher towards them especially during discussion because it is the teacher
who is the captain of the classroom, so if the approach of the teacher is likely not very friendly
the children will actually feel discouraged towards their learning.

2. How important are the teachers’ motivational strategies to learners?

Motivational strategies to learners are very important for young learners, because through that,
the students will feel alive and eager to focus their attention towards the ongoing discussion.
They will not feel bored and feel like sleepy since the teacher knows how to implement
motivational strategies that will help the learners to feel motivated enough to participate and take
part of the whole class discussion.
