Management plan:

Policies will state that any animal that stays past the time that was given by the owner
will then be charged extra by R50 per half an hour. All your information and personal
contacts will stay completely classified. Our weekly hours will be from 6 am to 5pm.
We are not held accountable for all things that are not labeled and not stated on the
information sheet. If your animal has special foods or medicines you will be required
to bring a document with the amounts of food or medicines that will need to be given
as well as what time they need to be taken. Our staff will only be accountable of what
happens on the premises and during work hours. We will also not be able to transport
your animals at anytime to your house or any other premises. The animals will be fed
in the mornings at 8 am, in the afternoons at 12 and then again at 4 pm. If anything
happens to your pet while they are in the handling care of us then we will contact you
immediately as well as if there is any urgent vet care we will contact you as well as
take them there ourselves.
 Support materials:
The materials we will be using in this business will be bed that will be sanitized and
cleaned everyday after the working day as well as we will be buying them from Crazy
Pets in Richards Bay Town Square Mall. The dog food that we will be using is Vets
Choice for both cats and dogs. We will also provide leashes if needed.
 Business description:
The doggy daycare is a safe and trustable place where you can leave your fur babies while
you are at work or on the weekends when you are not home or even when you are away for
the holidays. We offer low prices ranging from R150 for 5 hours for during the week and
then weekends can differ between the times that they will be our care and it is negotiable.
You can bring your own toys which need to label with your pet’s name as well as your
contact number. We do also offer food and water and places for them to sleep but you are
also welcomed to provide your own food if they need special nutrients. Our goal is to help
pets as well as their owners and provide a safe and trustable space for owners to house their
pets without having to worry if they are getting proper care. We feed the animals 3 times a
day, take the dogs on walks, play with the cats as well as make sure that they are properly
cared for.
