Box 517 Washington, VA 22747 To Whom It May Concer, 1 offer my services for the vacated position on the Rappahannock County Board of, Zoning Appeals Board. Since moving here in 2016, I have a vested interest, as I am sure our residents do, for the balance of preservation and progress of the County. In my many years of Federal service, I have sat upon planning boards of various charters and mandates. Also, over the past 10 years, I have worked closely with both Virginia State and Federal requirements for historical preservation during renovations of buildings on Fort Belvoir. Since early last year, I have transitioned from full-time federal employment to half- time, so I have a very flexible schedule. Sincere) oF cilinowi, crete ofice Leo M.
