My name is Mirsad Puzic and I was born in the former

Yugoslavia (now Bosnia-Herzegovina).
As a restaurateur, I have now been a successful manager and
owner of a multi-award winning restaurant in Germany for
over 23 years. I have had the pleasure of welcoming
numerous celebrities from business, sports and politics,
including even the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, to my
restaurant.

manager for several years, I

My name is Bernard Buntic, I was born in Germany and have

roots in the former Yugoslavia, now Croatia and Bosnia-
Herzegovina.

I am currently employed as a property manager at a financial

authority in Germany and thus bring extensive experience in
the management of real estate.

I was born in Živinice, so I am a real

child of this town. I have only fond
memories of my former soccer club NK
Slaven Živinice, which I still carry in my

heart and will never forget.

After a successful self-employment in gastronomy and real estate in

Germany, I would now like to face a new challenge. I am a
passionate soccer player and just as passionate I love my hometown
Živinice and my home club NK Slaven Živinice.

As a former 3rd division soccer player in Germany, I am well known

with my excellent networks in Germany, as well as in Croatia and
Bosnia-Herzegovina. Among my early teammates at SV Südwest
Ludwigshafen in the 90s were Igli Tare (Lazio Rome) and Stefan Malz
(Arsenal London).

Also many of my family members were or are active in the field of

soccer, for example my cousin Vlado Vasilj, who as a former Croatian
national player has excellent contacts in various national and
international soccer leagues.

For almost a year now, I have been cooperating with some Brazilian
soccer schools and have been able to expand my network. I am
assisted by none other than Wagner Santos Lagos, the former Brazilian
record goal scorer from NK Sirokie Brijeg, Bosnia-Herzegovina Premijer
Liga.
VISION FOR THE CLUB

Our vision is to help NK Slaven Živinice achieve long-term glory and

success. In order to compete with a club during the season, you first
need goal-oriented and long-term planning and optimization, as well
as appreciative and professional cooperation within the entire club.
This includes coaches, press officers, board members, sports directors
as well as the management.

For the realization of our vision we have experience in organization,

planning and building up companies. In addition, through our network
of international soccer talent from Europe, Africa and South America,
we have the resources to compete and progress.

We will work tirelessly to find players with exceptional skills that will
allow us to advance to the next league. However, we will not take
financial risks on expensive players and instead continue to increase
our focus on young up-and-coming talent.
VISION FOR THE CLUB
In addition, in order to inspire sponsors, numerous talks must be
held and an attractive range of services must be offered to
sponsors, with a clearly defined image and economic benefits for
both sides.

To ensure that the club's financial stability and sustainability can

also be guaranteed in the long term, while at the same time
making it less dependent on sporting success, we will endeavor
to develop new sources of income. This will be made possible,
for example, by renovating or possibly changing the use of
existing real estate and buildings. For example, a residential
space could be converted into a commercial space and vice
versa.

Ultimately, soccer clubs need to take their marketing to a new level in

order to compete against strong national and international rivals in
the soccer world. This is the only way to offer spectators, sponsors,
media and potential employees or players a future perspective for the
club. One way to do this is by promoting and showcasing talented
players from our own youth department in the first team and by
referring players to other European clubs. We will also be constantly
on the lookout for foreign perspective players who can be of benefit
not only in sporting terms but also economically.
VISION FOR THE CLUB
In addition, qualified and dedicated coaches are the key to optimal
athletic and social development of all active players. For this reason,
we attach great importance to the education and further training of
our coaches in order to achieve our sporting goals.

This, together with structured work in the children's and youth area,
offers the guarantee for a successful sporting future. We want to
inspire even the youngest for the sport of soccer and offer them
support and guidance on their personal path. They should have the
opportunity to live out their urge to move, get to know other
children and develop their personality. We also promote the
integration of foreign children and the development of social skills
and mutual understanding of different cultures and religions.

At the same time, good school and vocational training is a top priority.
We attach great importance to ensuring that our players receive a
good school education, as few have the opportunity to become
professional soccer players. To support this, we are planning school
cooperations and long-term partnerships with companies in the
region.

In addition, we will also inform our players about alternative career

prospects and help them find jobs/apprenticeships. Through our
experience and contacts, we have excellent connections to
jobs/training positions in Germany as well and will use these
resources to best prepare our players for their future.

for the 1st men's team

Further expansion of the youth department in order to

integrate our own young players into the 1st and 2nd
men's teams.

Founding of a sponsoring association by regional

entrepreneurs for the sole purpose of supporting youth
soccer.

We are sure that these measures will help us achieve

our goals and ensure the continued existence of the
club.

Emphasize the importance of engaging with the community

and how you plan to do so.

Community engagement is of the utmost importance to us.

We recognize the importance of being in close contact with
the local community and will strive to achieve this through
targeted actions and campaigns.

A positive image of the club in the community is

fundamental to us. We place great emphasis on good
camaraderie among members and promote team spirit,
tolerance and mutual respect. Every coach, player, club staff
member, and even parents sign a code of conduct when they
join our department, and they agree to abide by it.
COMMITMENT TO THE
COMMUNITY

To attract new members to the club, we will conduct targeted

campaigns and make personal appeals by the club founders. An
example of this could be to start an appeal on Facebook asking for
support with construction work on the stadium and in return offer a
fan scarf, jersey or tickets to the next game as a thank you. By
documenting the result of the work with pictures on Facebook, we
can create a lasting positive memory among our members and
sponsors and present the result of the work, such as a clean stadium.
