We welcome you to the Stakeholders Relationship Management Training and we are very
pleased to provide you the following information serving as your guide in the duration of
activity.

III. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided by the organizers to the registered participants and
guests from the DSWD Central and Field Offices.

A. Check-in and Check-out time and dates


a. Check-in date is based on the indicated date of arrival of all the
Organizers and Events team.
b. Only participants whose names are confirmed by their
organizations/agencies will be allowed to check-in.
c. All participants shall check-out on 20 October 2023, Friday at 12:00
NN.

B. Room Assignment
a. Rooms will be assigned by the Organizers per office and sex
disaggregation.
b. Rooms will be Triple-Sharing with separate or matrimonial beds.
c. All rooms are non-smoking.
d. Excess use of rooms beyond check in/out date and time, and
consumption of room beverages will be charged to the participants
accordingly.

IV. MEALS
a. During the whole duration of the activity, all participants will be provided with
breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with viands of fish, chicken, pork and
vegetables, rice, soup, and drinks.
b. Dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegetarian/vegan, and due to religious
beliefs are considered.
c. Covered meals include the following:

d. For further dietary concerns, kindly coordinate with the Secretariat ahead of
time.

V. CLAIMS AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES


a. Participants are entitled to reimburse travel expenses from their respective
offices that are not provided based on the guidelines of the department.
b. Incidental expenses are not covered by the department; thus, will be charged
to the participant.

VI. PRE-WORK ACTIVITY


a. To save time during the workshop, all Field Offices are encouraged to
prepare/ submit the Division/RRP Communication Plan. You may access the

VII. OTHER INFORMATION


a. Participants and guests are requested to dress appropriately for the activity,
preferably Business Casual.
b. All are encouraged to use polite and culturally-appropriate languages.
c. Bringing of laptops/equipment is encouraged which will be used during the
activity.

d. Certificate of Appearance (CA) and soft copies of the presentation will be


provided at the end of the activity upon submission of Activity Evaluation.
e. Free use of WiFi/ internet connection.
