pleased to provide you the following information serving as your guide in the duration of
activity.

III. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided by the organizers to the registered participants and
guests from the DSWD Central and Field Offices.
B. Room Assignment
a. Rooms will be assigned by the Organizers per office and sex
disaggregation.
b. Rooms will be Triple-Sharing with separate or matrimonial beds.
c. All rooms are non-smoking.
d. Excess use of rooms beyond check in/out date and time, and
consumption of room beverages will be charged to the participants
accordingly.
IV. MEALS
a. During the whole duration of the activity, all participants will be provided with
breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with viands of fish, chicken, pork and
vegetables, rice, soup, and drinks.
b. Dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegetarian/vegan, and due to religious
beliefs are considered.
