The Council will primarily function in the two complimentary areas of

 Business Facilitation and

 Research.

Council’s services (area of work) will be divided in three broad categories

BASIC SERVICES ( Free for the Council members)

a) Newsletters/Mailers/Magazines/Event, Seminar, Conference Guides for privileged

members

b) Information about the Sector/Product specific exhibitions in China

China is today the most preferred source of inexpensive products and materials. These are
displayed in large number of Expositions devoted to various category of merchandise.
The Council will alert members of such expositions and help you plan a visit.

c) General Trade & Investment figures of China

d) Access to sector specific database information from China

The Council will share the large Data Base of ICEC Council (India) which is extremely
useful information on China and gives selective access to our members to this
information. It also allows the members to link directly to a host of Chinese Websites of
your interest, which are in English.

e) Information about the delegation from China and to China

f) Participation in the Council’s events on concessional basis

The Council will provide members with pre-visit hints for preparation as well as make
arrangements during the China Visit, providing them with the right ideas, contacts and
 business leads through ICEC (India) Network in China. Our representatives situated in
Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in China, have their own companies to provide
members effective support for a small fee so that you can avail of their requisite services.

h) Commercial Introductions

We arrange to provide members with Chinese translators and interpreters at reasonable

prices helping them for the smooth unhindered flow of communication between business
counterparts.

i) Interactivity With Other Members

Exclusive Blog on the website will allow members to interact with others and share ideas,
