This letter is to inform that all events held in Yesterday Backyard and its premises, must adhere
to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Organizer must ensure that there are no outside food & drinks, no drugs, no
weapons, no fights (these applies for both band & crew). And if the condition is
uncontrollable, Yesterday crew are allowed to stop the event or kick out / remove
whoever broke the rules from our premises.
3. For the EO’s and bands’ consumptions during the event, we will provide vouchers to
be exchanged for the food & drinks stated above. For this, we require the EO to
appoint 1 PIC (person in charge) to exchange the vouchers with Yesterday crew. We
will only accept the vouchers from the appointed PIC.
We will give a bottle for the Event Organizers, not for the band, only if there’s a
sponsor from the supplier.
6. If there are any loss & breakage occurred on the event, Event Organizers will be in
charge of the costs.
7. Event Organizers must ensure the implementation of safety and health protocols
during the event.
9. In the event of a force majeure, the party that experiences the force majeure must
inform the other party at the latest of 3 (three) working days after the force majeure
event.

Events that are classified as force majeure within this Terms are natural disasters,
earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or continuous rain, pandemic, quarantine restrictions,
fires, war, blockades, explosions, sabotage, revolution, insurgency, insurrections,
government actions within the economic and monetary sectors that really affects the
implementation of this event, as well as other disasters.
Lateness or failure to inform of force majeure will lead to the dismissal of the event as
a force majeure by the other party.
All matters that arise due to force majeure shall be resolved by both parties through
discussion.
