Read: Telangana Excise (Grant of licence of selling by shop and conditions of licence)
Rules, 2012 (G.O.MS.No.391 Revenue (Ex.!) Department, dt: 18.06.2012) -
Notice for receipt of application and drawl of lots for grant of licence to liquor
retail A4 shops for licence period 2023-25, under rule 5 read with:
1. G.0. Ms. No. 86, Rev. (Excise-II) Dept., Dt. 01.08.2023.
2. Director of Prohibition & Excise, T.S. Hyderabad
Cr. No. 3060/2017/CPE/TS/F1, Dt, 02.08.2023.

Whereas the right of selling by shop is to be granted for the licence period 2023-25 iLe. from
01.12.2023 to 30.11.2025 and whereas the Director, Prohibition & Excise Telangana has fixed (77)
A4 shops to be licenced in the areas / localities vide CR No. 3060/2017/CPE/TS/F1, dated:
02.08.2023.

1, R. MAHIPAL REDDY, District Prohibition & Excise Officer Peddapally District, in

exercise of the powers vested in me under rule 5 and 24 of Telangana Excise (Grant of licence of
selling by shop and conditions of licence) Rules, 2012, issue the following notification for
information of general public and intending applicants who may file their applications for
consideration for grant of licence for the licence period mentioned above, from i1.00 AM of
04.08.2023 to 6:00 PMof 18.08.2023 (except 06.08.2023,13.08.2023 &15.08.2023).

The right to sell IMFL &FL by shop, as specified in the list appended to this notification, for
the licence period 2023-25 i.e. from 01.12.2023. to 30.11.2025, shall be granted upon selection
through drawl of lots.

The drawl of lots will be conducted at 11.00 AM on 21.08.2023 at "sWARoOPA

GARDENS,Bandampally, Peddapally".
The Retail Shop Excise Tax for shops in different population slabs and the terms and
conditions governing the drawl of lots has been notified in G.0.Ms.No. 86, Rev. (Excise-Il) Dept.,
Dt. 01.08.2023, a copy of which is appended herewith. Cr.No.3060/2017/CPE/TS/FI, dated:
02.08.2023 with detailed guidelines is also enclosed.
