LEADER BREAKTHRU’S LEVEL ONE COACHING TRAINING: COACHING SKILLS

Welcome to Coaching Skills Training.

Coaching is an ongoing, intentional conversation, that empowers an individual (or group) to fully live into
God’s unique call and contribution. We coach the person, and help them to work on their desired issue.

The training you are about to participate in involves two steps:

STEP ONE STEP TWO

Complete by March 6, 2024 March 7-8, 2024, 10am–2pm (PST)

STEP ONE | Watch and work through four Video Training Sessions

These four pre-recorded Video Training Sessions provide you with the core content
of the training. Use the web link and passcode below to access the online training.

INSTRUCTIONS
After signing in, download the Step One Workbook (PDF Notes) using the links provided
and watch the introductory video.

Next, begin watching each of the four video sessions, following along and taking notes
in your workbook. Each session must be watched prior to the first live webinars (March 7th).

Note: Training page and videos will remain active until April 8, 2024.
STEP TWO | Attend and participate in four webinar training sessions

These live webinar trainings provide you with facilitated discussions and practice sessions tied to the four
coaching skills and the IDEA Coaching Pathway.

Your lead facilitator for this training is Elaine May (egmay@me.com)

Look for her welcome email which will include your Zoom link for this event

LIVE TRAINING SCHEDULE

Step Two Workbook (PDF Notes) are available for download via the online training portal used for Step One.
Please print a copy of the notes and have them ready to use during the live webinar trainings.

Meetings will be accessible 10-minutes before start time in order to facilitate your computer/internet
readiness for the training. Training will start and end promptly. Leader Breakthru facilitators will be available
15-minutes after the conclusion of the last session of the day to answer any questions.

12:00pm–2:00pm ACT (Teaching & Practice)

Note: All times listed are Pacific Standard Time.

CONCLUSION
At the conclusion of the training participants will be asked to complete an online, “Training
Evaluation” survey to evaluate the value of their training experience. Leader Breakthru will email
participants information related to additional coaching resources and Coach Certificate Training.
