Instruction SVL-22

Everyone has experienced more or less shocking events in their life.

Do you remember in your life a negative, shocking event that happened more than a month ago
and that continues to disturb you?

Disturbance can be understood as recurring dreams about the event, a sudden reaction or
feeling as if the event is happening again, many things that are reminiscent of the event,
avoiding activities or situations that evoke memories of the event, suffering from insomnia,
concentration problems and / or depressed feelings.

If you remember such an event, we ask you to complete this questionnaire.
