IV. RATIONALE:
In this time of pandemic, the delivery of learning to the learners is somewhat
different from the past considering that there is no face-to-face learning. It is very
challenging on the part of the teachers to help learners in understanding their
lessons. Video lesson can be a helpful tool in assisting the learners in doing their
activities in their modules for this serves as their guide. Using video lesson teachers
can often cover more subject matter and move through topics quickly as they do not
have to slow down to check for understanding. Additionally, it empowers learners to
take control of their own learning, they can speed up, slow down or re-watch each
lesson as needed.

MS Office 365 is one of the applications that teachers can utilize in developing
their video lessons. Teachers easily organize their materials, put together interactive
lessons plans, and create individualized learning plans for each of their learner.
They can easily access all the great training and tools that are available at any time.
DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016 stipulates the Learning Action Cell (LAC) as a K to 12
Basic Education Program School-Based Continuing Professional Development
Strategy for the Improvement of Teaching and Learning. School-based LAC Session
will primarily function as a professional learning community for teachers that will help
them improve their teaching and learner achievement.

V. OBJECTIVES:
1. To assist the teachers on downloading and installing MS Office 365 in their
devices.
2. To enhance teacher’s ICT skills in developing video lesson using PowerPoint
Presentation 365.
3. To identify different steps in developing video lesson using PowerPoint
presentation 365.
4. To present developed video lesson using Power Point Presentation 365.
