Avulsions- When the complete tissue tears

Chronic Injuries- Caused over time and by repeated blows.
Overstretching, repeated friction, overuse.
Tennis Elbow- When the tendons in your elbow are inflamed caused
by the overuse of the muscles of the forearm.

Runner’s Knee- Pain around the kneecap and in front of the knee.
Sports: Sprinting/Running, Cycling
Achilles tendinitis- Overuse of the Achilles tendon
Sports: Runners/Sprinters, Tennis, Sports involving pivoting, running,
jumping.
