The Field Services provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned
objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply
concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate
troubleshooting action or short-term planning and plan for long term preventive action.

Reporting to the Field Service Leader (Singapore), specific responsibilities for the position
include but not limited to:

Responsibilities/Job Descriptions:

• As manager of a team of engineers for ES services business opportunities and orders


execution
• Being leader in frontline dealing with customer on demands and deliveries
• Provide guidance to site leads on technical, resources, skills / knowledge and reporting
to achieve services excellence
• If required, attend to customer’s training / meeting e.g periodically contractor briefing,
SIC, EHS briefing and etc.
• Develop relationships with customer and manage client portfolios
• Working with Service Leader and sales/proposal team to deliver solutions and resolve
customer issues.
• Working with Service and EHS Leader to improve Service team EHS culture and comply
to all company and regulatory requirement
• Capture / forecast sales opportunities, prepare and submit quotation and proposal to
customer under ES Field Service team
• Managing ad-hoc job to ensure on time delivery and invoicing upon completion
• When needed, coverage of FSR duty to fulfil contractual scopes upon shortage of
manpower.

Requirements:

 Process Engineering or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university


or college with at least 10 years of experience in a field service or maintenance position
for water & process treatment field.
 Ability and willingness to travel within territory.
 Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
 Diploma Holders in Electrical/Instrument background with > 5 years’ experience in the
relevant may apply.
 Experiences on sales and marketing.

Added Advantages:
 Possess experience in managing site team consist of 4 – 6 team members
 At least 5 years’ experience in the operation & maintenance of water treatment system
or facility operation (RO, EDI, UF, Filters, WWTP)
 Experienced on control system (SCADA or HMI)
 Strong Knowledge on water treatment system: UF, RO and EDI/IX
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Able to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
 Proven analytical and quality improvement ability
 Knowledge on Suez products e.g Filtration, ECell, EDR, ZeeWeed, Ozonia and etc
