I, the undersigned official Veterinarian certify that the products described above satisfy the following requirement:

1. The products have been fumigated with formaldehyde in a hermetically sealed chamber for at least 24
hours on July 15, 2009 to July 16, 2009 , the room temperature is above 20°C before packing. The
amount formaldehyde and potassium permanganate are respectively 22ml and 13gm per cubic meter.
2. The products have been sterilized and never been contacted with those from the same origin.
