SUMMARIZATION

1. NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT (NASU)

It serves as the PNP's in-service training center, where programs for
training human resources particularly specialized trainings are
implemented. This administration helps to mold every police officer into an
effective law enforcer that will gain community trust. Moreover, these was
supported by different administration into the fully and efficient service in
providing proper trainings. For the overall purpose of this administrative
units, it serves as the key units that will organize different parts in the PNP
to conduct the proper way of enforcing the law, and will guide the
community to achieve peace. In addition, the administration disseminates
the exact information that the community needed in the prevention of
crime and making solution towards the crime committed.
2. REGIONAL POLICE OFFICERS IN THE PHILIPPINES
Base on the topic, it shows about the different offices that completes the
forces in the Philippine National Police that serves as the key components
to enforce the law efficiently. Moreover, these regional offices help to
maintain peace and order towards every community, also to protect the
country from any unlawful act of people. The reason of the hierarchal type
of the organization is to divide functions of police officers into different
regions in the Philippines, in order to prevent any types of crime. It is base
on the number of populations that a certain office handles a range of
crime, and in every location, there is a difference between the social
perspective of the community which differentiates the law they provide. In
addition, every regional office has a respective area to conduct operation
and enforce the law which depends on the jurisdiction of the police officers
or law enforcers.
3. NATIONAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT UNITS
The different operational units of the PNP provides each function base on
the task given to the organization. It comprises with different types of
operational unit that help to enforce the law in the country towards any
kinds of crime. The main reason of these support units is to have a distinct
organization that will handle every type of crime, as the world face
different unlawful acts of people that results into loss of lives and
damages. For such reason, these different units were formed in order to
handle every case and avoid the under policing of law enforcement, and
lets crime happen without the response of these law enforcers.
4. DIRECTIONAL STAFF AND ITS FUNCTION
In this topic, it shows the levels of every law enforcers and their respective
task to perform. This symbolizes the distinction of the police officers which
depends on their roles towards the rank they had. Moreover, the reason of
this was to have a proper sequence of orders from officials to officers that
will serve the community and enforce the law. This will help to ensure that
law was successfully disseminated and explained to community, in order
to prevent future crimes and reform the practices of police officers.
Moreover, achievements were important to the staff of the Philippine
National Police base on their capacity of intelligence that will build the
responsibility depends on their ranks.
