    An automatic eggshell crack detection system was developed for egg grading using image processing techniques. The system uses a line scan camera to capture images of eggs rolling on a conveyor belt. Image processing algorithms analyze the images to detect any cracks on the eggshell, which are then removed from the production line by an air-blowing device. The system was able to accurately detect cracks as small as 0.1mm wide on eggshells.
