Project Title: LAUNCHING OF NEW DESIGN OF CLOTHES
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Clothes is the one that people need if we published a new design they find it unique
because its new to their eyes. And it is very necessary because it may use in their everyday life.
They find it cute because its new and find a aesthetic and they will be a fashionable if they used
our new design.
OBJECTIVES

SCOPE OF WORK
1. Market Research – conduct a comprehensive analysis of current fashion trends,
consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities.
2. Design Development – Collaborate with experienced designers to create a unique and
cohesive collection that aligns with identified market trends while maintaining our brand
identity.
3. Prototyping and Testing - Develop prototypes of selected designs for testing purposes.
Gather feedback from focus groups and make necessary adjustments to ensure customer
satisfaction.
4. Production Planning – Strategize the production process, including sourcing high-
quality materials, selecting reliable manufacturers, and establishing a timeline for
production.
5. Market Strategy – Devise a multifaceted marketing plan encompassing online and
offline channels. Utilize social media, influencers, and traditional advertising to create
anticipation and buzz around to new collection.
6. Launch Event – Organize a launch event to showcase the new designs. Invite key
industry influencers, fashion journalists, and potential customers to generate media
coverage and create a buzz on social platforms.
7. Distributions and Sales – Develop a distribution strategy, including partnerships with
retailers and an e-commerce platform. Implement effective sales strategies to ensure the
new collection reaches a wide audience..
METHODOLOGY
Implement post-launch strategies to engage customers, including promotions,
loyalty programs, and social media interactions. Gather feedback to inform future design
and marketing efforts
TIMELINE
It may proposed by November 27, 2023, and it may published by January 1, 2024
and phase out in March 1, 2024 in our main branch in Manila. The Proposal location is in
Manila.
BUDGET
The estimated budget for the project is half million, covering the sewing, employee, other
expenses, and marketing. A detailed breakdown is provided in the attached budget
document.

CONCLUSION
This project aims to not only introduce a fresh and appealing clothing collection but also
to position our brand as an innovate and influential player in the fashion industry.
