a) In case of planned Hospitalization, 48 hours before admission and in case of emergency, within 24 hours from
the time of admission.
b) Minimum 24 hours hospitalization with active line of treatment is mandatory for making a claim.
Cashless Intimation
c) Ask the hospital to send the cashless request to Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd.
Within 24 hours from the time of admission request to be send to Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Pvt.
Reimbursement Intimation
Ltd.
For Hospitalization, within 15 days from the date of discharge.
