Currently MRR is 10 Lakhs coming from corporate training. All of it is inbound from 5 clients.
Other opportunities are still 0 - 1 journeys.

● Project based trainings - Avg deal size 3.5 lakhs/2-3 weeks
● New hires onboarding trainings - Avg deal size 7 LPA/5-10 weeks

● Get the PO from the client
● Block the dates for the trainer
● Training execution
● Training feedback
● Raise Invoice on the first day of the training
