Technical Project Manager - Remote.

Timing: 6 pm - 2 am.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager with a background in web
development to lead our talented development team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage
a team of 5-8 developers, working closely with them to understand and prioritize tasks, and provide
strategic and technical guidance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our web development projects
 Coordinate with senior management to understand and define features and project
requirements
 Handle backlog grooming, feature request management, and task prioritization, ensuring the
most valuable and relevant tasks are worked on
 Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to troubleshoot and solve issues as
they arise
 Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust project plans as necessary
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration
within the team
 Regularly report to management on project status, and create a feedback loop to ensure all
stakeholders are kept in the loop on project developments
 Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and
delivered on time
 Ensure project compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent
experience
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on web development
projects
 Deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web
frameworks and libraries
 Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
 excellent understanding of project management principles, with certifications like PMP or CAPM
a plus
 Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead the team through challenges
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at
all levels of the organization
 Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
