TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Customer agrees that prior to placing an order with us, the customer has read and agreed to the terms and conditions as set out hereunder.
1. Quotation includes supply and installation of above mentioned items only excluding VAT.
2. If any variation during site installation or due to site condition, a separate quotation will be provided for customer's approval.
3. This offer does not include any accessories, lights, plumbing fixtures, lightning fixture, electricals, and other connected fittings or works etc. unless it's mentioned in the
quotation and agreed by Awal Gas W.L.L.
4. PAYMENT TERMS:
100% After delivery
All payment should be made in the name of Awal Gas W L L.
5. DELIVERY:
to be agreed.
Customer needs to keep the site ready for installation before the material arrived at Bahrain.
Customer should provide the storage room for the materials and tools.
Customer will be responsible for the safety of materials and tools once delivered at site.
6. COMPLETION :
to be agreed.
Completion of works are subject to change due to any delays in deliveries or site conditions.
7. CANCELLATIONS: Any advance payment made by the client prior to order cancelation is non-refundable.
8. CHANGES: Work and material in addition to or different from, that stated herein, and changes in drawings or specifications, shall be subject to Awal Gas approval, and shall
entitle Awal Gas to an adjustments in the price and schedule.
9. CHAGES IN LAWS AND REGULATIONS: In case at the time of invoicing /prior to completion of work any taxes or duties are introduced by the government, than the buyer
would be responsible to pay to the Awal Gas any difference in the amounts.
10. FORCE: Awal Gas shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or penalties occasioned by late performance, nor for any deviations in performance due to fires, strikes, labor
dispute, supplier’s delays, governmental actions, customs delays. Acts of nature, or any other condition beyond Awal Gas control.
11. APPLICABLE LAW: Any agreement arising from this quotation shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. All approval of
drawings or technical approval from concerned authorities or Government Bodies shall not come under our scope of work. Any other requirements prior to inspectors approval will
be quoted additionally.
12. Electrical power & water to be provided at site by client.
13. Any additional works due to site conditions or delays from client’s side will be charge additionally.
14. Client/Contractor to provide for site access pass to technicians, beside insurance & Electricity, fixed scaffolding, etc.
15. All equipment shall be tested and hand-over as per the client requirements. Once final testing is done Awal Gas will not be responsible for any technical malfunctioning. Any
services after installation will be charge separately.
16. Awal gas is not responsible for any delay in completion due to delay in payment as agreed above.
17. VALIDITY: Ten (10) Days.
EXCLUSIONS:
 1. Any third party testing and certification requirements.
2. All kinds of civil/builders/architectural works such as crane, excavation, coring, ducting, electrical, plumbing works , holes, coring through slabs or walls, sleeve pipe,scaffolding,
backfilling, clean sand, fence, gate, hoarding for whole project, carnage, plant and heavy equipment, service corridor, for UG gas pipe, leveling, plant rooms, removing of excess
sand from site, asphalt for the gas network etc.
3. All kinds of electrical works including, power supply for all equipments , lighting, DB's, isolator, switches etc.
4. Any required CCTV camera and/or explosion proff lights fro tank farm.
5. Provision of loading and offloading facility on site, provision for crane, JCB, Scaffolding, surveyor and topography.
6. All cables and electrical wiring unless mentioned in the above offer.
7. Any sleeve or containment pipe inside buildings.
8. Gas control panel room for LPG farm / whether proof enclosure.
9. Gas installation downstream gas meter assemblies and related gas leak detection system.
10. Building/Land Permit and affection plan approval from Authority.
11. Any other authority approvals.
12. Any additional quantity of materials.
13. Stores and site office during execution of work.
14. Site permission and internal transportation.
