Submitting Your Application

Please make sure that your application contains the following materials (all materials should
be submitted in one message or in one folder)
 Application form – type X on the appropriate box when responding. All pages should be sent
as one file.
 Statement of purpose
 Head Shot – sent as attachment
 Resume
 Creative Portfolio (i.e. recorded monologue) – sent as a link, through a file sharing
service or as an attachment. Can be recorded on phone.
 Recommendation letters – sent as an attachment or directly from your references

Please tell us in one page about yourself, about your creative influences, why you wish to
study acting for film and how you think you will use your experience at Prague Film School
towards your future goals.

2. Head Shot, Resume and Creative Portfolio

Please provide a head shot photo and resume. If possible, we would also like to see recorded
samples of your acting. These may be drawn from recorded performances from your past or a
filmed monologue prepared expressly for your application to Prague Film School (phone
recorded samples welcome). In the event providing a video sample of your work is not
possible, we may request a telephone interview.

3. Letters of Recommendation (sent as an attachment or directly from your references)

Provide two letters of recommendation from two people, unrelated to you, who know you well.
We are primarily interested in your creativity, intellectual and people skills.
