    Respected Sir,
    I have a holiday on 22nd November For this reason the PV Diesel team has to come on 23
    November for PV Gen Synchronization. I returned to duty on 23rd November in lieu of this
    leave. And my attendance is present in the system records on 23 November but, it didn't
    replace my vacation. Due to which this one day leave has been deducted from my salary.
    Because of this I don't even get my yearly vacation money.
    I have a request to replace this leave of mine. And my one day salary should be returned. And
    my absence should be ended.
    I didn't know about this policy.
    I will avoid such mistakes in the future.
    I am very thankful to you.
