a. Health Management Information System design, development and implementation. The project started by PITB management to build Punjab’s uniform Health Information System. I participated in design of health informatics solution, concept design, participated in physical design, technology platform & infrastructure and implementation. i. HMIS Analytics and Punjab level information dissemination. ii. Customized open source Clinical Imagery System (PACS) and implemented for cost saving of X-RAY and imaging films. b. The HMIS product is started rolling out in 4 hospitals in Punjab and now going to expand in 16 tertiary care hospitals. c. HMIS implementation in 33 THQ and DHQ hospitals in Punjab. Implemented third party tool and managed IT operations.

a. Supervised team for integration tasks of various projects of clients: i. Peripheral security solution in Kamra Airbase about 1,000 cameras. With integrated video analytics software with 2 high definition and extended range Bosch thermal cameras. ii. Various deployments of CCTV cameras in defense sector with implementation of SSL communication from camera to NVR to prevent video stream breach. b. Designed IoT based conference room management system for National Defense University.
3. Rational Byte Technologies
a. Developed uniform interface for multi-vendor Telephone exchanges for Pakistan Navy. Integrated 3 Unix/Linux/SUSE based telephone exchanges into single interface for all management tasks of extensions, PTCL/NTC lines. i. ASTRA ii. OXE variants b. Various online projects of E-commerce and backed storage server support mechanisms.
4. National Commission for Human Development
a. Started entry level job from DITO and reached to GM-IT. Handle and managed various organizational technology solutions, managed and maintained b. We developed 6, 7 information systems in Oracle for organization named: i. Literacy information system ii. Universal primary education system iii. Financial management system iv. HR management information system c. Implementation of operations were spread in more than 100 districts of Pakistan.
