registered in my mother's name

COOKING CENTER ,Rishra with
consumer number 32740

The covering letter, issued by the

gas agency contained important
details such as my consumer
number, cylinder details, and
safety instructions. I believe I may
have misplaced it from my house.

I would be grateful if you could

kindly register a report of this
missing document. I understand
that the original document is
crucial for any future transactions
related to my gas connection.
