Anh chị em Vingroup thân mến!

Tháng Tám năm 1993, một chiếc xe Lada màu đỏ đã vượt hàng ngàn cây số rời Matxcova tới Kharkov.
Đó là chuyến xe lịch sử mang theo khát vọng chinh phục miền đất mới cùng ước mơ khẳng định giá trị
người Việt của những Người Vingroup thế hệ đầu tiên.

Tháng Tám năm 2023, những chiếc xe VinFast đã lăn bánh trên khắp các nẻo đường Việt Nam, Bắc Mỹ -
từng bước hiện thực hóa khát vọng chinh phục để “Thế giới phải biết đến một Việt Nam trí tuệ và đẳng
cấp” mà Người Vingroup đã ấp ủ từ 30 năm trước.

Với bất cứ doanh nghiệp nào, 30 năm cũng là một hành trình dài.

Với Vingroup, 30 năm đó không chỉ là thời gian chúng ta đã đi qua, mà là 30 năm vượt muôn vàn gian
lao, kiến tạo những kì tích - 30 năm chinh phục những giới hạn để mở ra những chân trời mới.

Hành trình 30 năm vinh quang ấy đã được cô đọng lại trong ấn phẩm đặc biệt mà chúng ta đang có trên
tay: Sử ký 30 năm Vingroup.

Với phiên bản đặc biệt được số hóa này, ở bất cứ đâu, bất cứ khi nào, chúng ta cũng có thể dễ dàng tìm
hiểu, tra cứu các mốc son trong lịch sử Vingroup, để thêm Hiểu, Tin và Yêu những giá trị văn hóa, những

Nếu như 30 năm trước, những Người Vingroup đầu tiên đã thực hiện hành trình chinh phục miền đất
mới, gây dựng cơ đồ, thì giờ đây, các thế hệ Vingroup lại tiếp nối nhau, cùng tiến bước trên hành trình
mới với sứ mệnh góp phần đưa hai tiếng Việt Nam cất cánh bay cao: Hành trình Chinh phục thế giới!

Sau 30 năm, Vingroup đã vươn tầm trở thành Tập đoàn kinh tế hàng đầu khu vực với 3 trụ cột là Công
nghệ Công nghiệp, Thương mại Dịch vụ và Thiện nguyện xã hội. Không chỉ thế, Vingroup còn đang kiêu
hãnh viết tiếp giấc mơ vươn ra biển lớn – giấc mơ “sánh vai cùng các cường quốc năm châu” của biết
bao thế hệ người Việt.

Chúng ta tự hào bởi Vingroup ở tuổi 30 vẫn cháy bỏng tinh thần khởi nghiệp như thuở ban đầu. Tinh
thần ấy là gia tài quý báu để các thế hệ tương lai tiếp tục bồi đắp và xây dựng một Vingroup vĩ đại và
trường tồn.
Chúng ta tự hào bởi Vingroup ở tuổi 30 luôn được cộng đồng trong nước và quốc tế ghi nhận là một
trong những doanh nghiệp tiên phong, cống hiến hết tâm sức vì một cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn cho tất cả
mọi người. Đó là sứ mệnh mà chúng ta đã chủ động lãnh nhận và sẽ không bao giờ từ bỏ.

Chúng ta tự hào bởi Vingroup ở tuổi 30 đang mở rộng ảnh hưởng ra thế giới với khát vọng chinh phục
lớn lao. Đó chính là động lực để chúng ta nỗ lực phấn đấu, không chỉ cho sự trưởng thành của mỗi cá
nhân, cho sự phát triển bứt phá của Tập đoàn, mà còn là cách để Người Vingroup thể hiện lòng yêu
nước, khẳng định trí tuệ Việt, chung tay vì một Việt Nam hùng cường và thịnh vượng.

Con đường phía trước còn rất nhiều thách thức. Hành trình Chinh phục thế giới của Người Vingroup mới
chỉ ở điểm khởi đầu. Với niềm tin “hạnh phúc không phải là đích đến mà là hành trình”, mỗi chúng ta
hãy nỗ lực khai phá những giới hạn của bản thân, khai phá những con đường mới, vượt lên mọi thông
lệ, quyết tâm bỏ lại sự tầm thường để vươn tới những đỉnh cao mới, và chúng ta sẽ tìm thấy hạnh phúc
cho chính mình trên hành trình này.

Cũng trên chính hành trình đó, nỗ lực của mỗi Người Vingroup sẽ cộng hưởng để tạo nên một Vingroup
giàu nội lực, vững tinh thần với quyết tâm thực hiện bằng được mục tiêu đã đặt ra, như lời Chủ tịch Tập
đoàn từng nói:

“Chúng ta đã chọn con đường không đơn giản. Đó là con đường theo đuổi sứ mệnh đóng góp hết sức
mình vì cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn cho dân tộc, cho thế hệ mai sau. Tất cả những gì chúng ta làm đều xuất
phát từ cái tâm đó, sứ mệnh đó, cộng với trí tuệ, sức trẻ và đóng góp không ngừng nghỉ của chúng ta thì
tất yếu không thể có kết quả khác!”.

Dear Vingroup members,

In August 1993, a red Lada car crossed thousands of kilometers from Moscow
to Kharkov. It was a historic journey carrying the aspirations to conquer new
territories and affirm the value of the Vietnamese people by the first
generation of Vingroup members.

In August 2023, VinFast cars rolled on the roads across Vietnam, North
America - step by step realizing the aspiration to conquer the world, making
sure that "The world must know about an intelligent and prestigious Vietnam"
as envisioned by Vingroup members 30 years ago.

For any business, 30 years is a long journey. For Vingroup, those 30 years are
not just the time we have passed, but 30 years overcoming numerous
challenges, creating miracles - 30 years conquering limits to open up new
horizons.

The glorious 30-year journey has been condensed into the special edition
publication that we have in our hands: "Chronicles of 30 Years of Vingroup."

With this special digitized version, wherever, whenever, we can easily explore
and look up the milestones in Vingroup's history, to deepen our
understanding, trust, and love for the cultural values, efforts, and conquest
miracles of a corporation guided by the six golden words: Trust - Heart - Mind
- Speed - Spirit - Humanity, with the principle of "For a better life for
everyone" as its "philosophy."

Dear Vingroup members!

If 30 years ago, the first generation of Vingroup members embarked on the

journey to conquer new lands, build a foundation, now the Vingroup
generations are continuing, stepping together on a new journey with the
mission of contributing to making the Vietnamese language soar: The journey
to Conquer the World!

After 30 years, Vingroup has expanded its reach to become a leading regional
economic group with three pillars: Technology - Industry, Trade and Services,
and Social Philanthropy. Not only that, Vingroup is proudly continuing the
dream of venturing into the open sea – the dream of "standing shoulder to
shoulder with powerful nations on five continents" for generations of
Vietnamese people.

We are proud because, at the age of 30, Vingroup still burns with the
entrepreneurial spirit as in the beginning. That spirit is a precious asset for
future generations to nurture and build a great and enduring Vingroup.

We are proud because, at the age of 30, Vingroup is recognized by the

domestic and international communities as a pioneering business,
wholeheartedly contributing to a better life for everyone. It is a mission that
we have actively embraced and will never give up.

We are proud because, at the age of 30, Vingroup is expanding its influence
globally with great conquering ambitions. This is the driving force for us to
strive, not only for the personal growth of each individual, the breakthrough
development of the Group, but also as a way for Vingroup members to show
their love for the country, affirm the Vietnamese intellect, and join hands for a
strong and prosperous Vietnam.

The road ahead is still full of challenges. The journey to conquer the world by
Vingroup members is just beginning. With the belief that "happiness is not the
destination but the journey," each of us should strive to explore our own
limits, discover new paths, surpass all norms, determined to leave mediocrity
behind to reach new heights, and we will find happiness for ourselves on this
journey.

Also, on this very journey, the efforts of each Vingroup member will resonate
to create a Vingroup with internal strength, a firm spirit, with the
determination to achieve the set goals, as the Chairman of the Group once
said: "We have chosen a path that is not simple. It is the path of pursuing the
mission of contributing our best for a better life for the nation, for future
generations. Everything we do comes from that heart, that mission, coupled
with our intelligence, youthful energy, and relentless contributions; therefore,
the results can only be inevitable!"
