*** Please note that this is only for venue booking and not for the permission to conduct the event.
Also other arrangements ( such as security, outside areas ) are not covered in this booking. ***

1. All rental charges are to be made in advance.


2. Room rental charges are applicable for all events of faculty, students and staff, if is sponsored/
funded by Private/Govt funds.
3. If the booking occupant has not been occupied the booked rooms within 30-40 min of booking
time, the booking will be automatically withdrawn, without any further refund.
4. Any concession requests are to be sent directly to Dean Academics and such permission has to be
attached with this form.
5. 50% charges are applicable for institute academic activities.
6. Rental charges for 1 to 4 hours usage will be charged as 60% of the total charges.
7. In case of out of working Hrs. (beyond 8 PM, weekends/holidays) charges for extra labour (cash
payment only) are applicable, as per the institute norms.
8. (i) No eatables are allowed inside the rooms/halls. (ii) Cooking within LHC is strictly prohibited .
9. Snacks/food items can only be served in the designed open areas . See below table for available
open spaces.
10. A refundable security deposit of Rs.3,000/- (per day) must be made before the event, to cover any
cleaning/damages incurred during the event.
11. Faculty are requested to visit the venue and ensure all the requirements are available.
12. For any information or help, please contact Timetable in-charge, Professor In-charge and/or Dean
Academics.
