INTRODUCTION:

 They have multi-facilities with SS electro-chemical reactors,
SS filters & sparklers, chilling and evaporation crystallizes,
 centrifuging facilities, crushing facilities, granulation &
blending facilities, calcium spray dryer technology - Large
Scale, integrated water system, waste treatment and auto
packaging.
 Hence, they are positioned to offer clients end-to-end high-
quality products, technology oriented, and optimized
production practices.
 Their 5 independent manufacturing plants have a capacity to
produce over 2000 MT of various Calcium and Mineral
Gluconates salts the year around, making us one of the
world's largest producers in the world.

MY OBSERVATION:

THE GLOBAL CALCIUM is located at Phase- I, SIPCOT, Hosur. The company

predominantly focuses on the products which I have mentioned above.
We were taken to the PLANT-II, III
& IV for observation. Here I would like to give my observation.

CONCLUSION:
The internship at the Global calcium proved be very useful. The process
of manufacturing and other process at the plants II, III, IV were very
interesting to learn. The process and the infrastructure of the company
piqued my interest. The processes which we had learned theoretically
and with only little practical knowledge was revealed to us a mass
production unit. The learning process will be useful for our career.
