1.AVEGAIL RAMON PANGANORON, Philippine passport number P5968715A, is my Wife

and I am her sponsor;
2. I am willing to extend my wholehearted support for her vacation in France, I being her
Husband and have the financial capability to provide all her needs during the period of her
Tourist vacation
3. I will be responsible for incurred expenses (room and board, transportation, health insurance,
etc.) and other Expenses incurred by AVEGAIL RAMON PANGANORON during her period
of Tourist Vacation in French Republic

4. The enclosed bank statements, proof of Employment (COE) with compensation as Municipal
Mayor of Sta. Margarita and ITR, etc. from Province of Samar Municipal Government of Sta,
Margarita with Office Address National Highway Municipal compound, Monbon Sta, Margarita
Samar, Eestern Visayas region 8 Philippines are my financial assets and will be used to
financially support AVEGAIL RAMON PANGANORON

5. I shall Provide any other support that she may need other than money should it be necessary
or as maybe further required by the French Republic during the period of her Vacation in said
country.

6. I, FELIX R. PANGANORON hereby solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is true and
correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that nothing has been concealed or
misstated.
