At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
1) identify the four techniques in getting the heartbeat per minute;
2) recognize the importance of knowing the four techniques in getting the heartbeat
per minute; and
3) demonstrate the four techniques in getting the heartbeat per minute.

new lesson this morning, let us have first a

is what we simply call “Match Me”.

I will divide you into four groups. Each


group will be given cutted pictures to be
puzzled and then you have to match it in
its corresponding name and post it on the
board. The first group to finish will receive
a prize.

You can now go to your respective groups. (Students are going to their respective
