RESOLUTION SERIES NO. 0 1 – 2023

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MRS. NIMFA Y. RAMILLO AS THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY MANGERO, SAN ANDRES, QUEZON

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Act of 2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of
the majority of all SK members, appoint from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a treasurer;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Mark J. Villamor presented to the council

her appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer MRS. NIMFA Y. RAMILLO;

WHEREAS, Mrs. Nimfa Y. Ramillo possess all the qualification for Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of RA 10742;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Mangero after a thorough

deliberation approved and concurred the appointment of Mrs. Nimfa Y. Ramillo.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

Mrs.Nimfa Y. Ramillo of Barangay Mangero, San Andres, Quezon until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Mrs. Nimfa Y. Ramillo for
his file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of San Andres, Quezon for their information and record.
