CAMPING IN SCHOOL
Dear Parents/Students
Camping in school, a new concept we want to pursue with. Sometimes we can’t take students outdoors to
camp and we want to bring camping experiences inside school playground. We are planning to have the same
in school playfields with Adventure based company Mapple Adventure.
Expected Date of Camping: Saturday January 20, 2024
Classes Involved: Class III to XII
Timings: 9 AM to 3 PM
Charges: 400 Rs in all for whole camping experiences
Whom to deposit money: Concerned Class Teachers
Activities: At-least 10 activities per student

Parents can accompany their ward, if they desire so on day of event in school playfields after carrying the
accompanying pass for two persons
Kindly submit the desired registration money for your ward and consent/undertaking for the same. The
Mapple adventure will be conducting these activities through their expertise instructors. Kindly go through
consent and return back after your approval for the same. Detailed instructions and Ticket will be shared to
all concerned later
