Content Planner
Goals: Fill in 2-3 goals for your content for the month. Do you
need to grow your newsletter list? Do you want to sell more of
your offering?
Hint: What are your goals for the quarter and what do you
need to do to work towards those goals?

Blog Titles: Write down 4-5 topic ideas/titles for your blogs for
the month. These don't have to be perfect, just give you an
idea of what you will write about.
Hint: Use your content goals to guide your blog topics for the
month.

Newsletters: How will you serve your newsletter list this

month? Write down topics to cover/share in each newsletter.
Depending on your brand, business, and audience, this could
be one newsletter per month or one per week.

Notes: This section is for anything you want to remember or

include. It could be ideas for reels, bonus ideas, topics to cover
on social media posts, anything.

Planner & Content Calendar

Content Calendar
The Calendar: Fill in the month name and dates for the month you're
scheduling for. This is the space you will use to write down when blog
posts go live, which categories you will discuss, and which types of
photos you will be sharing.

CTA Reminders: Write down your areas of focus for your Calls to
Actions. For example, if your goal is to increase newsletter subscribers,
you would write in this space "newsletter CTA" to remdind you to
include in many posts for the month "subscribe to the newsletter"
invitations/requests.

Category Totals: How many of each category did you list? For
example, for my business my categories are newborn, maternity, family
and personal photos.
Hint: Totaling the number of each category allows you to pull together
those photos before you sit down to write out actual posts.

Notes Pages
Title (Category): Label your page with the purpose of that space. Is it
an outline for a particular blog? A newsletter? Label it to hep you stay
organized and focused on that page.

Blank Pages: The blank pages provide you with space to outline your
blog topics, write down or sketch out reel ideas, or even newsletter
intros. They give you space to prepare before so you're not starting at a
blank cursor wondering what to write.
